myDRIVESCHOOL® is an online based, Ai backed simulation program using a PC/Laptop, steering wheel and pedal set, that teaches potential road users how to manage traffic, road rules and car control in different situations, as well as the implications of fatigue, impairment, speeding and distractions.
*Note: myDRIVESCHOOL® program does not work through Playstation or XBox
This stage takes the driver through a series of graduated ‘Pass/Fail’ lessons on basic steering and acceleration; real time adaptive Ai traffic, road signs and intersection management, lane change and indicating all while not exceeding posted speed limits.
Stage 1 also includes car control scenarios on different road surfaces, including emergency braking in both wet and dry conditions.
This stage includes a Stage 1 refresh, then introduces distraction management and hazard perception as well as the simulated effects of impairment and fatigue before finishing with a Free Drive component.
With a range of software licensing options available depending on participant numbers and frequency of use, your myDRIVESCHOOL® hardware set up can be tailored to suit any number of unique situations. myDRIVESCHOOL® is aligned to the curriculum in wellbeing, maths, science and PE.
myDRIVESCHOOL® programs have been designed for multiple users to learn simultaneously – ideally in a classroom environment.
Each individual user logs in with their Login credentials, and every student can complete the course (3 modules = 45-60mins) in one lesson.
